Never. Customers scan your QR code and the menu opens in their browser. There is no app to download and nothing for them to pay.
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro when it creates its first business, with no card to enter. Everything in Pro is included except a custom domain. When the 14 days end, the account goes back to the free plan: orders and bookings go back through WhatsApp, the menu returns to a free design and to two languages, and nothing you created is deleted.
